As we have been trying our best to deal with the current Covid-19 situation we thought we would reach out and let everyone know that we are doing our best at the moment to get things figured out.
We apologize for the delay in communication, the gym is closed which means we have had to make the difficult decision to do temporary layoffs of all of our staff. The office staff are volunteering their time to come in throughout the week on Monday and Thursdays for a few hours to return emails and keep things on track so we can re-open when it is safe to do so.
At the present moment we are still waiting to find out if we will able to run Spring classes as the Government of Alberta and AHS have their restrictions in place for the safety of everyone. We would also like to mention that even though the Collicutt is closed until June 30, 2020 we do have an external entrance which allows us to run classes in the case that it is safe to return to normal proceedings prior June 30.
If we are able to run the Spring session with a later start date we will credit you back the amount for the classes that were missed accordingly.
If we aren’t able to run Spring classes at all we will be issuing credits for the full amount that you paid for the spring session accordingly.
Believe us we would love to have all your smiling faces back at our gym and can’t wait for when that happens. We would also love to be able to do the video classes like some other sports are doing but unfortunately we are not insured to do so by our insurance provider. Safety is our number one priority.
For winter classes there was an email sent out with a discount card for the classes missed. if you did not receive this and your child was registered in the winter 2020 session please email email@example.com and we will be happy to get that to you.
As for Report cards and certificates for the Winter 2020 session we will still be giving those out when we are re-opened and it is safe to do so. we will have them all available at the office.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such uncertain times we are truly doing our best with this new situation and appreciate all of you that have been kind.
